October 30, 2015 Better Medicare Alliance Memo to Senate Finance Committee on Revised Timeline for CMS Rate Notice
BMA provided a revised timeline for CMS Rate, which includes a recommendation that the Senate Finance Committee consider policymaking in Medicare Advantage to be subject to regulatory guidance, rather than sub-regulatory guidance, and that announcements on STAR Ratings performance targets be prospective rather than retrospective.
