Schwartz to Lead Better Medicare Alliance

Former Pennsylvania Rep. Allyson Schwartz has been named president and CEO of the Better Medicare Alliance, the coalition of health plans, providers and Medicare beneficiaries that was formed in December with the goal of supporting and strengthening Medicare Advantage. “While I worked on many issues in Congress, nothing was more important to me than ensuring quality, affordable, accessible health care to all Americans, particularly our seniors,” Schwartz said in a video announcing her new position.
