I Have Sleep Apnea And Medicare Advantage Helps Me Get The Care I Need

I have sleep apnea and when I retired I was concerned that I wouldn’t get the supplies that I need when I switched to Medicare. Since enrolling in Medicare Advantage, I get the supplies every 3 months no problem. I also have high blood pressure doctor visits covered through Medicare Advantage and have access to medications with zero or minimal co-pays. Also through my Medicare Advantage plan I get to go to Silver Sneakers, a minimal impact exercise group and have access to gym equipment. I find that exercise is important in controlling my high blood pressure and managing my osteoarthritis pain so it’s great to have this benefit included through my Medicare Advantage plan. I’m 67 and work part-time because my health care needs are met through Medicare Advantage.
