Letter: Better Medicare Alliance Submits Comments to CMS on Advance Notice for 2021

Better Medicare Alliance submitted comments to CMS on March 6, 2020 responding to its Advance Notice for Coverage Year 2021. In its letter, BMA recommends changes to ensure adequate, stable payment to Medicare Advantage for end-stage renal disease beneficiaries’ care and urges finalization of language improving network adequacy requirements through the use of telehealth. BMA’s letter was supplemented by statements of support from Ally organizations including: AMGA, ATA, Consumer Action, Health Care Transformation Task Force, Healthcare Leadership Council, National Black Nurses Association, National Minority Quality Forum, and Population Health Alliance.
