BMA Letter Opposing Prescription Drug Rebate Changes

Better Medicare Alliance sent this July 21st letter to HHS Secretary Alex Azar expressing serious concerns about the Administration possibly resurrecting its previous withdrawn rule eliminating prescription drug rebates under Part D.

Better Medicare Alliance raises concern about the proposal’s impact on beneficiaries enrolled in integrated Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plans in which 89% – 19.5 million – of all Medicare Advantage members are currently enrolled.
