Better Medicare Alliance Statement on CY2027 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rate Announcement

WASHINGTON — Better Medicare Alliance (BMA) issued the following statement today from Mary Beth Donahue, President and CEO of Better Medicare Alliance, on the 2027 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rate Announcement by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS):

“Today’s Final Rate Announcement reflects an improvement from the initial proposal. This is a direct response to the thousands of beneficiaries and hundreds of organizations who spoke out to urge that Medicare Advantage be fully funded. 

“We appreciate CMS’s engagement with stakeholders throughout this process, and we look forward to working with policymakers to build on this progress — to ensure Medicare Advantage continues to serve every beneficiary who counts on it.”
