Founded in 2001
PGSEO was formed by a core group of 23 independent, primary care physicians in Muskingum and Perry counties in Southeastern Ohio, who were striving to maintain their independence while providing quality care to their patients. Under the advise of our leadership and legal team, the physicians have been successful in growing the business to a 45 physician group in Muskingum, Perry, Guernsey, Fairfield and Morgan counties and have a mid-level provider staff of over 30 CNPs, PAs and counselors.

To improve the health of the patients we serve and to respond to the healthcare needs of our community by optimizing the practice environment for independent primary care physicians in our region through quality improvement and practice efficiency initiatives.
