El Paso Health

El Paso Health is a Texas-licensed health maintenance organization (HMO) established by the El Paso County Hospital District to improve access to care for STAR, STAR+PLUS, CHIP, and CHIP Perinatal recipients in El Paso and Hudspeth counties. Its mission is to build strong relationships with members, providers, and partners to enhance health care delivery and ensure access to quality care for children, families, and individuals in the community.
