  • Represent BMA in meetings on Capitol Hill and at industry events
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of legislative experience on Capitol Hill, with a federal legislative office, or in a relevant government affairs role
  • Proficiency in Quorum
  • A strong understanding of the legislative process and ability to interpret legislative language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to distill complex issues
  • A background or interest in health policy issues, especially related to Medicare
  • The ability to thrive in a non-partisan environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to independently manage competing priorities
Contact Information

BMA works in person at our downtown D.C. office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We work from home Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
